Are your treatments suitable for all skin types and complexions?

Can I receive aesthetic treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding?
For the safety of both you and your baby, we do not perform aesthetic treatments on women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Because aesthetic treatments have not been clinically studied on this demographic, the potential effects on a baby remain unknown. As a result, administering injectables or other aesthetic procedures during this time is considered an "off-label".
At Cuveele's Clinic, patient safety is always our highest priority. It is our strict policy never to take unnecessary risks with your health or the health of your child. We warmly look forward to welcoming you back for treatments once you have completely finished breastfeeding.

Can I combine different treatments during my visit?
Yes, combining treatments is often a wonderful way to achieve synergistic, natural-looking results. While many procedures can safely be paired during the same visit, others may need to be spaced out to ensure your absolute safety and optimal outcome. How do I book an appointment?
We exclusively accept appointments via our online booking page.
Our online system reflects our actual, real-time availability, so there are no hidden or extra slots available by contacting the clinic. Because calling or messaging will not change the available times, this streamlined approach saves you the hassle of back-and-forth communication and lets you instantly secure the appointment that perfectly fits your schedule.

Why do I have to pay a reservation fee when booking?
When you book with us, we reserve dedicated clinic time, staff, and medical equipment just for you. Late cancellations or no-shows mean our team is left waiting. This costs the clinic in unused resources and, unfortunately, prevents another patient from being able to use that valuable time slot. The reservation fee is simply a mutual agreement that you will arrive on time for the space we’ve prepared.
It is not an extra cost: The fee is completely deducted from your treatment total on the day of your visit.
Reschedules and cancellations: You can easily cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email, and your fee will be refunded (subject to a minor transaction fee) or applied directly to your new appointment.

Can I get aesthetic advice or a treatment plan via message or phone?
To guarantee your absolute safety and the highest standard of care, all medical aesthetic advice requires an in-person consultation. Because our communication channels are not always monitored by medical personnel, we cannot safely or responsibly provide medical advice remotely. Furthermore, accurately tailoring a treatment to your unique features requires your practitioner to physically evaluate your skin and facial structure. We view this face-to-face time as a crucial first step: it gives us the dedicated time to understand your individual goals and provide the holistic, bespoke care our clinic is known for.

How much do your treatments cost, and are prices listed online?

Can I bring a friend, partner, or children to my appointment?
You are welcome to bring a guest with you! However, as a boutique practice, we pride ourselves on maintaining a tranquil, relaxing environment for everyone. We kindly ask that any guests help us keep the clinic quiet and calm. If you are bringing a child, please ensure they can remain settled so as not to disturb other patients or your practitioner.
Please also note that your appointment time is carefully planned and reserved exclusively for you. If your guest is also interested in a consultation or treatment, they will need to book their own separate session in advance, as we cannot accommodate additional treatments during your dedicated time slot.

Can I bring my pet to my appointment?
As much as we absolutely love animals, we kindly ask that you leave your pets at home. Because every animal is different, allowing pets makes it difficult to guarantee the quiet, clean, and predictably safe environment our patients expect. We also want to respect that not everyone is comfortable around animals.

Where exactly are you located, and is there parking available?
We are located at Rue de l'Arbre Bénit 113, 1050 Ixelles. While we do not have a private parking lot at the practice, there is usually street parking available in the surrounding neighborhood.
For a more guaranteed spot and a relaxed arrival, we highly recommend using the Parking Tulipe or Parking Ixelles Shopping public garages, which are just a short 5-minute walk from our door. We are also well-situated for those traveling by public transport.
